Lloyd and Helen Collins, owners of Bust, Colo., on Ute Pass say that after seven years of running the gift shop and being mayor, vice mayor, chief of police and the City Council of their own town they are ready to try a new venture. So they are selling the place. Price: $159,000.

Since the Collinses live in Woodland Park and make the short commute to the store, Bust has no official residents.
