Donna Moesinger, passed away July 22, 1997.
Born in Ogden, July 23, 1909, to Hazel Brown and Charles Slater. She graduated from Ogden High School, Weber College and USU.A teacher, she married Gilbert Moesinger, who coached at Murray and Ogden High and later became a physician.
Donna was preceded in death by her husband and grandson, Michael Wangsgard. She is survived by her children: Dr. Robert (Suzanne) Moesinger, Kathryn Ann (Max) Mihlfeith, Dr. Scott Moesinger, and John (Diana) Moesinger; 19 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Donna and her dear friend, Marjorie Martineau, were roommates the last few months, just as they were over 65 years ago at Utah State, where Donna graduated as valedictorian.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 26th at 1 p.m. at Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., where friends may call Saturday, 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. Interment, Aultorest Memorial Park.
