Our beloved mother, wife, sister, and friend Shirley Ann Betker peacefully passed away Dec, 11, 2001.
Shirley was born May 11, 1937 in Yakima, Washington to Lisle and Leona Millette Noble. Married Donald Shuel, later divorced. Married Richard Betker in 1957. She was a faithful member of the LDS Church. Many people were the recipients of her talent in crafts and crochet dolls. The joy in her life was her five sons and their families.
Those she left behind were her husband, Richard Betker; her sons, Steven (Kathy) Shuel and their family; Allison, Kristen, Jessica, and Rebecca; Douglas (Diana) Betker and family; Michael (Jamie) and great-grandson, Austin; Gary (Shelly) Betker and family,
Derrick, Ashley, Tyler, and Kyle; Terry (Tina) and family, Aaron, Hollie, and Scotty; Randy Betker and sons, Nicolas and Spencer; brother, Lisle (Pat)
Noble; sisters, Barbara (Jerry) Thompson; Beverly (Don) Dalling; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday, December 14, 2001 at 11 a.m. at the West Bountiful 6th Ward Chapel, 1750 North 900 West. Friends may call Thursday evening from 6 - 8 p.m. at the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main and Friday morning from 9:45 - 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to services.
