Richard W. "Dick" Isbell Richfield, Utah Richard W. Isbell, 83, of Richfield, Utah, passed away December 29, 2005, in Richfield. He was born February 27, 1922, in Richfield, Utah, to Joseph Clarance and Lillian Edith Jenson Isbell. He married Lila Lee Christensen March 12, 1945, in Elsinore, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple November 11, 1967. Dick was a dedicated family man and loved being with his family. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He worked for the Department of Workforce Services for 40 years. He was a member of the Board of Trustees for the Sevier Valley Hospital for 20 years. He was an active member of the LDS Church. Dick was honored with the Utah Total Citizen Award. He was previously the president of the Richfield City Chamber of Commerce. He was post commander of the American Legion and past president of the Lion's Club. He is survived by his wife, Lila Lee, Richfield; children, R. Douglas (Heath-er) Isbell, Idaho Falls, ID, and Debra Lee Matlosz, Los Alamitos, CA; six grandchildren; two great-grandchil-dren; sisters, Kay (LeVear) Hone, Salt Lake City, and Ivy Olsen, Henderson, NV; sister-in-laws, Rose Isbell, Salt Lake City, Geri Isbell, Salt Lake City, and Anita Isbell, Salt Lake City. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers and sisters, Lin Isbell, Kenneth (LaPreal) Isbell, Dean (Beatrice) Is-bell, Mac Isbell, Helen (Elmer) Scovill, Virginia (Lee) Henrie, and Lou (Delno) Trigg; and brothers-in-law, Paul Olsen and D.C. Winget. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 2, 2006, 12 noon, in the Richfield 4th Ward LDS chapel. Friends may call at the Magleby Mortuary Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. and again at the mortuary Monday morning from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Burial will be in the Richfield City Cemetery with military rites by the V.F.W.
