Do you know Kent Derricott? Or Israel Folau?

How about Robert Holley?

Or maybe Benjamin Schwartz? Or Mervi Hiltunen-Multamaki? No?

Well, a lot of people do. In fact, somewhere in the world, these people are famous. And if you happen to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, you have something in common with them.

They're Mormon, too.

There are plenty of LDS Church members — TV personalities like Derricott and Holley or athletes like Folau — who are well-known outside the United States, but relatively unknown here. We asked Mormon Times readers to send us some names, and we chose a few to profile this week.

So get to know Bob Cooper and Bob King, Marco Lui and Moroni Bing Torgan, along with Hiltunen-Multamaki and Schwartz. And if you know someone we missed, or have a suggestion for someone you'd really like to see a story on, e-mail us at mormontimes@desnews.com.

Because there are more than just a few, and we had so much fun, we might do it again.
